We interviewed Hanna Rauhala from Värväämö Oy’s HR services.

“We had quite a few new supervisors, but we didn’t really have a uniform policy. We needed tools, especially for issues such as intervening with underperforming and for team leadership. We also wanted to make our new team of supervisors more united and allow easier sharing of experiences between supervisors.”
