My passion is to help others grow through increased self-awareness and stronger self-leadership. As a coach, my primary goal is to support team leaders and leaders in their development and success, as well as helping employees identify their strengths so that both individuals and teams can enhance their performance and reach their full potential.
My approach is pedagogical, goal-oriented, and holistic. As a behavioural scientist, I understand how to create sustainable change in everyday work—change that strengthens both individual and team well-being while supporting the organization’s strategy and goals. In my coaching, I emphasize reflective and respectful dialogue and it is important to me that my coaching sessions are effective and provide concrete tools for everyday life.
As a person and coach, I am solution-focused, empathetic, and inspiring, with a genuine ability to meet people based on their unique needs. I create a psychologically safe environment through my strong presence and ability to build trust in every interaction. I have worked with individuals at various levels within both the public and private sectors, in small and large as well as international organizations.
I coach in Swedish, Finnish, and English.
