Competing as an elite athlete on the international stage for 10 years has made me a master of adaptability and has taught me how to optimize overall well-being. I bring the best of those lessons into my coaching, combining them with my extensive experience in Firstbeat Well-Being Analysis, which allows us to assess starting points and track progress effectively.
My coaching focuses on optimizing recovery, managing stress, and improving nutrition. I also believe that time management and focus are essential pillars of a successful organization, and I’m passionate about helping build those foundations. My goal is to unlock the full potential of individuals and teams — enhancing well-being, self-leadership skills, and productivity.
